q: how long does it usually take for orders to ship?
a: if i have the product on hand, around a week for orders within the US, and 2.5+ weeks for international orders. for products on preorder, it can take up to ~2 months for packages to be shipped out to customers (until the end of the preorder period, manufacturing, and for the merchandise to be shipped over to me).
q: will i receive a tracking number for my order?
a: i email out tracking numbers to customers upon creating shipping labels! for items on preorder, this happens when i receive the merchandise from the manufacturer.
q: do you ship internationally (outside of the us)?

q: what if i didn't receive my package?
a: sometimes things happen :( in the event something goes wrong during shipping, contact me via email with your order details and i'll issue a full refund.
q: my packing slip hasn't been created yet, and my address has changed. what should i do?
a: same as before, just contact me via email and i'll update your address on your order details for you!
